30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At ChicCarry, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may qualify for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong item.
  • Defective Product: If your item has a defect. (Refer to Point 8 for more details.)
  • Shipping Damage: If your product was damaged during shipping. You can request a free exchange or a refund by contacting us at chiccarryshop@gmail.com.

Note: Refunds or exchanges are not offered for a change of mind.

Additional Fees & Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Cancellation or Transaction Fees: A 5% transaction fee applies to order cancellations or refunds.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at chiccarryshop@gmail.com. Wait for our response, and we will provide instructions for returning the item along with the return address.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank to verify the processing status.
